WE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY WORRIED CUSTOMERS IN ONE AREA OF THE COUNTRY WHERE EXTREMELY BADLY FIXED CLADDING HAS BLOWN OFF.

THE CLADDING WAS FIXED USING, IN GENERAL ONLY SILICONE MASTIC ADHESIVE.

CLADDINGS SHOULD NOT BE FIXED DIRECTLY TO THE METAL OF THE UPPER STOREY OF BISF PROPERTIES.

ALL OF OUR CLADDING IS FIXED USING TREATED TIMBERS; FLEXIBLE MATERIALS; CORRECT SCREW FIXINGS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOLLOWING MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.

THEY CAN CAUSE CONDENSATION.
